A training in living & leading from purpose
Would you like to feel more connected to a sense of purpose throughout your daily activities?
Would you like to further develop your “leadership zone”—a place of inner power and clarity?
Goals of the Training
To help you:
- To feel more connected to a sense of purpose throughout your daily activities.
- To identify your ‘zone of leadership’ where you feel connected to your inner power.
- To increase your ability to access your inner power in your daily life.
Specific modules include:
- Connecting to your purpose
- Creating your personal leadership mantra
- Inner power as embodied practice
- Using visualization to access your inner power
- Engaging your heart power
- Resilience—the art of recovering faster
- Inner power and letting go
- Creating rituals to support new habits
- Developing a personal practice: engaging your inner power to meet life’s opportunities and challenges
Format of training
The format of the program includes:
- Opening 90-minute teleseminar led by Robert and Naomi that will be recorded for those who cannot attend live, and shared prior to the first day of practice
- 21 daily email skill-building practices spread out over one month
- Daily text reminders to support practice
- Four guided meditations
- Optional learning pairs
- Brief pre-recorded weekly videos from Robert
- Group listserv to share learnings
- Post-training evaluation of impact
We each have the capacity to operate in what we might call our zone of leadership.
In our zone, we are at our best: focused and centered, clear, able to access all of our intelligence and life experiences, alert and attuned to our environment, and fully present to meet the demands of the moment.
Pricing
- $75 for individuals
- $55 per person for groups or teams of 4 or more (the discount is automatically applied when a group of 4+ registers at the same time and on the same order).

Learning Pairs
A learning pair is a collaborative partnership where two people are paired together to learn and grow through mutual support. They share insights, ask questions, and help clarify difficult topics. The goal is to deepen the learning experience for both participants.
Learning pairs should be available to meet virtually on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Please only sign up for a learning pair if you're committed to the description and time commitment.
