Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Parking
Edith Macy provides complimentary self-parking for guests. The parking lot is separate from the conference center so be sure to factor in time shuttling to and from the parking lot.

- None of the lodging rooms are entirely ADA compliant. There are a few guestrooms with accessible features such as showers with support bars, built-in seats, and hand shower attachments. Showers are not designed for direct roll-in.
- The Gathering Place (training space) has ramps to both front and rear exterior doors and an ADA compliant bathroom. Meeting and dining rooms are on the first level.
- Vans on property are based on availability and are not wheelchair accessible.
