Costanoa Lodge is most easily accessed by the following airports:
- San Francisco International Airport (1 hour)
- Oakland International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)
- San Jose International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
It is the participant's responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the site. If you have questions about getting to the site, contact Costanoa at (650) 879-1100.
Parking
Costanoa offers parking in front of The Lodge for a fee of $10 a day. Please see parking policies.
Accessibility
- There are ADA compliant rooms and meeting spaces on-site.
- For Lodge accommodations, please note:
- There is no elevator in The Lodge and there are no TVs in any rooms on-site.
- Pets are not allowed in the Lodge.
- There is no elevator to the Cascade Loft for meals.
- Gender neutral restrooms are available.
- Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.
- There are a few golf carts to support travel to and from meeting, sleeping, and meals spaces on-site.
