Costanoa Lodge is most easily accessed by the following airports:
- San Francisco International Airport (1 hour)
- Oakland International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)
- San Jose International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
It is the participant's responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the site. If driving, please download directions as there is limited cell service on and near the site. If you have questions about getting to the site, contact Costanoa at (650) 879-1100.
Parking
Costanoa offers parking in front of The Lodge for a fee of $10 a day. Please see parking policies.
Accessibility
- There are ADA compliant rooms and meeting spaces on-site.
- For Lodge accommodations, please note:
- There is no elevator in The Lodge. If you require a first floor room, please let our team at Rockwood know.
- There are no TVs in any rooms on-site.
- Pets are not allowed in the Lodge.
- There is no elevator to the Cascade Loft (sometimes this is used for meals).
- Gender neutral restrooms are available.
- Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.
- There are a few golf carts to support travel to and from meeting, sleeping, and meals spaces on-site.
