LIO Leadership Lab - Leadership in the Long Arc

Supporting LIO fellows who are open, ready, and willing to apply the long arc approach in their life and work.

Description

As leaders in these times, you're navigating rapid acceleration where old systems are crumbling, new approaches are emerging, and uncertainty lies ahead.

But, as Norma Wong taught us, within this time of great uncertainty lies an extraordinary opportunity. We know simply “returning to normal” is not an option – it’s time to leap forward. Since 2016, Norma and her teachings have influenced each LIO cohort with a long arc horizon, interdependent stewardship, and strategy that is informed by All Under Heaven Intact. Many of you have joined further offerings through Collective Acceleration and attended three LIO cross-cohort trainings with Norma.

The next step is to more fully apply these teachings into our leadership and contribute to the transformation of how we move toward a collective vision. Are you open and willing to apply the long-arc approach to your life and work, toward a collective thriving future? Are you ready to interrupt your own habits as you work with other lab partners on a long-arc project of your choosing? LIO Leadership Lab will be a community of practice that supports this next phase. We hope you will say yes and join us in this next phase.
