Directions

Airlie is most easily accessed by the following airports:

• Dulles International Airport (45 minutes)
• National Airport (1 hour)

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM in Airlie House. There is an elevator located in the parking lot on the left side of Airlie House. 

It is the participant's responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the site. If you have questions about getting to the site, contact Airlie at (540) 347-1300. 

Parking

Airlie offers complimentary self-serve parking for guests. The lot includes PEP stations for charging electric and hybrid vehicles.

• There is one elevator on the property in the Main Airlie House.

• There are two shuttles on-site that can hold up to six passengers at a time. They are based on availability and are not wheelchair accessible.

• Monterey Regional Airport (20 minutes)
• San Francisco International Airport (2 hours)
• Oakland International Airport (2 hours and 15 minutes)

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Asilomar offers complimentary self-parking on-site but spots are limited.

• The grounds and walking paths at Asilomar are hilly. There is a 24-hour shuttle on-site to transport individuals and luggage within the property. This shuttle is based on availability.
• There are ADA compliant rooms and meeting spaces on-site.

• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

Big Bear Retreat Center is most easily accessed by the following airports:

• San Bernardino International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)
• Ontario International Airport (1 hour and 45 minutes)
• Palm Springs International Airport (2 hours)
• Los Angeles International Airport (3 hours)

Check-in is from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.

Parking

Big Bear Retreat Center offers complimentary self-parking outside Eating Hall and some sleeping cabins.

Sometimes GPS will take guests to the back gate on Hillen Dale as opposed to the front gate located on Sugarpine Road. Please type 1000 Sugarpine Road into your GPS to avoid confusion.

Costanoa offers parking in front of The Lodge for a fee of $10 a day. Please see parking policies.

Accessibility

• There are ADA compliant rooms and meeting spaces on-site.
• For Lodge accommodations, please note:
  • There is no elevator in The Lodge and there are no TVs in any rooms on-site. 
  • Pets are not allowed in the Lodge.
• There is no elevator to the Cascade Loft for meals.
• Gender neutral restrooms are available.
• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. 
• There are a few golf carts to support travel to and from meeting, sleeping, and meals spaces on-site.

• Uber or Lyft
• Metro-North Railroad (Harlem Line) - Grand Central Station to Chappaqua

Edith Macy provides complimentary self-parking for guests. The parking lot is separate from the conference center so be sure to factor in time shuttling to and from the parking lot.

• None of the lodging rooms are entirely ADA compliant. There are a few guestrooms with accessible features such as showers with support bars, built-in seats, and hand shower attachments. Showers are not designed for direct roll-in. 
• The Gathering Place (training space) has ramps to both front and rear exterior doors and an ADA compliant bathroom. Meeting and dining rooms are on the first level. 
• Vans on property are based on availability and are not wheelchair accessible.

Located in northern New Mexico, Hotel Santa Fe is most easily accessed by the following airports:

Accessibility

• Santa Fe's high altitude can take some adjustment. In order to avoid altitude sickness we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise on the first day, limiting alcohol and caffeine, and staying hydrated! 
• There are ADA rooms and meeting spaces on-site.
• There is an elevator in Hotel Santa Fe and The Hacienda. 
• Gender neutral restrooms are available.
• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

Island Palms is most easily accessed by the following airport:
