Art of Leadership

Through guided meditation, small group exercises, games, and deep reflection, you’ll be introduced to each of Rockwood's 6 core practices, and learn ways to bring them into your daily life.

Description

The Art of Leadership is more like a retreat than a training. It unfolds over 5 days in a beautiful, natural setting, with all meals and snacks taken care of so you can focus completely on yourself and your leadership.

Each section of the training focuses on one of Rockwood’s 6 core practices. Through guided meditation, small group exercises, games, and deep reflection, you’ll be introduced to each, and learn ways to bring them into to your daily life:

  • Purpose
  • Vision
  • Partnership
  • Resilience
  • Performance
  • Personal Ecology
