Art of Leadership for Women and Femmes of Color
For women leaders of color at any level within an organization (including trans, cis, and gender-nonconforming women and nonbinary individuals).
Description
The Art of Leadership is more like a retreat than a training. It unfolds over 5 days in a beautiful, natural setting, with all meals and snacks taken care of so you can focus completely on yourself and your leadership.
Each section of the training focuses on one of Rockwood’s 6 core practices. Through guided meditation, small group exercises, games, and deep reflection, you’ll be introduced to each, and learn ways to bring them into to your daily life:
- Purpose
- Vision
- Partnership
- Resilience
- Performance
- Personal Ecology
Details
The Art of Leadership is more like a retreat than a training. Participants come together for 5 full days to engage with their inner wisdom and learn and practice leadership together. The Rockwood team makes arrangements for each participant to have an individual room at the venue and provides meals and snacks for the week so that you can focus completely on yourself and your leadership. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the venue.
