Airlie is most easily accessed by the following airports:

Parking

Airlie offers free self-serve parking. The lot includes PEP stations for charging electric and hybrid vehicles. When you're driving around the property, please adhere to the 14 MPH speed limit to keep wildlife and guests safe.

Big Bear Retreat Center is most easily accessed by the following airports:

Ontario International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Parking

There's complimentary parking available outside Eating Hall and sleeping cabins.

Sometimes GPS will take guests to the back gate on Hillen Dale as opposed to the front gate located on Sugarpine Road. Please type 1000 Sugarpine Road into your GPS to avoid confusion.

Accessibility

There are a few ADA accessible rooms and bathrooms. All meeting and meal spaces are ADA accessible. Big Bear Retreat Center can provide golf carts to support travel to and from meeting, sleeping and meals spaces on the site.

Costanoa Lodge is most easily accessed by the following airports:

• San Jose International Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Located along the pristine coast of California's scenic Highway 1. Just 1 hr south of San Francisco. Just moments to the south lies Año Nuevo, the nation's largest Elephant Seal rookery, to the east stand the majestic redwoods of Big Basin State Park, and to the north the lighthouse at Pigeon Point towers gracefully over fields of pumpkins, artichokes and wild berries.

Eaglewood is most easily accessed by the following airports:

Directions

Edith Macy is most easily accessed by the following airports:

• Westchester County Airport (HPN) (25 minutes)
• LaGuardia (LGA) and JFK (JFK) Airports (1 hour)
• Newark Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes)

Recommended transportation to Edith Macy:

• Uber or Lyft
• Train from NYC
• Take Metro North, Harlem Line, which is accessible from Grand Central Station, to the Chappaqua Train Station stop. The train ride is approximately 50 minutes. Edith Macy is about 10 minutes from Chappaqua station.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Guest parking is available. The parking lot is separate from the conference center so be sure to factor in time shuttling to and from the parking lot.

Located in northern New Mexico, Hotel Santa Fe is most easily accessed by the following airports:

Accessibility

Santa Fe's high altitude can take some adjustment. In order to avoid altitude sickness we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise on the first day, limiting alcohol and caffeine, and staying hydrated!

• Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (3 hours 30 minutes)
• Duluth International Airport (1 hour 40 minutes) - please note there are limited direct flights to this airport

Complimentary self-parking is available. Upon arrival, park in the Main Lodge parking lot and go to the Main Lodge where staff will help direct you to your room. View a site map.
